What we store
The email address you sign in with, your business details, and your customers' names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, service history and any notes you write. The tool cannot do its job without them.
Who can see it
You and anyone you invite into your business. No other business using ServiceIsDue can see your list, and we test that on every change.
SolidPath AI, which runs the service, can read the database directly in order to operate and support it. That access is not yet recorded per business. Consent based access that is logged and shown to you is planned, and until it exists this sentence is the honest version.
We only change your data when you ask us to.
Who else is involved
- Cloudflare hosts the service and holds the database.
- Clerk handles signing in.
- MXRoute sends the Monday morning email to you. That email includes your customers' first names and last initials, the service that is due and whether it is late. It never includes a phone number, an email address, an address or a note.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
We never message your customers
Reminders are sent by you, from your own phone or email, in your own words. ServiceIsDue never contacts your customers on your behalf. The only email we send is the Monday morning summary, and it goes to you. Every one of them carries a link that turns it off without signing in.
Deleting and erasing
A deleted customer is hidden from your lists and counts, not erased, so it can be brought back if you delete one by mistake.
When you close your account, we erase your data from the live service within 30 days. Backup copies held by our hosting provider expire on their own within about 7 days after that.
Asking us anything
Ask on the contact page and a real person will answer.
