What this is

ServiceIsDue is free and invite only for now. It is run by SolidPath AI. If that changes, you will be told before it affects you.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will look after your data and we will answer when you get in touch. We do not promise the service is always available, and it comes with no warranty. It is early software run by one person.

Your side

• You are responsible for having the right to hold your customers' details, and for what you send them.
• Reminders go from your own phone or email, so the messages are yours. Follow the rules that apply to you about contacting people.
• Do not use the service to break the law or to harass anyone.

Leaving

You can export your list and close your account whenever you want, and the privacy page explains what happens to your data afterwards.

When we would close an account

We can suspend or close any account at our discretion, including one that abuses the service, puts other people at risk, or is not in the best interest of the service. We would tell you why.

Before we delete an account's data, we give the owner 30 days' notice by email, so there is time to export the list.

If the service ends

ServiceIsDue is free, and we may change it, pause it, or shut it down at any time. If we shut it down for good, every owner gets 30 days' notice by email, with time to export their list first.
